What is the reason behind your crèche’s name?
‘Amore’ means ‘Love’. Our aim and slogan are Teaching through Love.
What are you grateful for about your crèche?
We are very grateful for the children. They bring so much joy and light into our lives. We are also very grateful for the positive influence that we are able to have in their lives as we are helping to form their foundation.
What is your crèche’s vision?
To recognize children as individuals in their own right and to guide them to discover their talents and to develop them within an environment of love and a sense of security.
What extra services do you offer to the children of your crèche?
- daily meals (breakfast, lunch and a snack time) during crèche hours
- school excursions
What are the most important needs/prayer requests regarding your crèche right now?
Thank God:
- that we as a crèche could go on an outing to a place with some animals where the children could have direct contact with a horse, some rabbits, etc. – something that most kids of our community do not get to experience.
- that we managed to get enough funds to purchase the necessary fire extinguishers and signs as required by the Dep. of Health and Safety.
Please pray:
- that we will be able to finish up the renovations we are busy with at the crèche, so that we can go ahead with the process to register the crèche at the Dep. of Basic Edu.

Parent Feedback
- My son, Keenan Rushin, has been at Amore Educare Centre since 2021. He as been learning and growing a lot for example, he can count till 20, knows his colours, loves singing, etc. He told me a few days ago that they made pancakes at the crèche and that their breakfast is good for you. He is so excited to go to the crèche. Amore Educare is good for my child. Thank you very much.
- According to me, Amore Educare Centre is a very good crèche for my toddler. I would recommend to any other mother to put their children at this crèche because I can see the growth in my daughter. She speaks English more often and she recognise her shapes and colours, etc. Amore Educare has a positive effect on my daughter’s life.
- My son, Carlisle Jacques Amerika, has been with Amore Educare Centre since January 2021 when he was only 11 months old. He is now 4 years old and absolutely adores his educators and mentors. I can honestly say with the utmost gratitude that I did not make a mistake enrolling Carlisle in 2021 at this crèche. I have known the educators personally and professionally. They are outstanding, kind, patient and most of all, a second set of parents to my son. Both his father and I are at ease at work knowing Carlisle is being taken care of. Carlisle struggled with potty training. He hated it, but with the help of his teachers and principle, he overcame it. He got the extra attention he required without hesitation or fuss. He can speak full proper sentences and he can even count. He has this song that he sings on his way to school - “It’s another sunny day at teachers crèche”. It honestly makes me happy to hear him this happy. Best believe, as soon as my daughter turns the appropriate age, I will be knocking on Amore Educare Centre’s door once again. Words will never be enough to thank you for everything you do for my son. He is academically strong, he plays with kids better, he is outspoken and engaging more than before.
