The Delft Early Childhood Development Project is a partnership between two registered non-profit organisations, Prochorus Community Development and Amazing Brainz.
The Delft Early Childhood Development Project is a branch of Prochorus. Prochorus is a community-based organisation, which was established in 1996 and is a registered non-profit organisation. Prochorus aims to take care of the poor.

Amazing Brainz has been providing services to ECD centres in low-income areas for more than ten years.
Together with their valuable experience, ever-responsive approach and our shared values, we:
Train teachers and ECD workers over a 25-week period to nurture optimal brain development in young children through research-based educational practices.
Provide age-appropriate, play-based learning programmes with resources to facilitate optimal brain stimulation.
Assist in creating physical environment conducive to learning in the early years.
Facilitate and encourage ECD workers to obtain official qualifications.
Mentor ECD centre owners and principals through processes, such as the registration of schools with the Department of Social Development, thereby giving them access to available subsidies.
