The Delft Early Childhood Development Project equips and supports early childhood educators in Delft, Cape Town, helping them provide quality early learning experiences during the most important years of a child’s development.

Ross is the senior pastor at Shofar Durbanville and has a passion for strengthening vulnerable communities through early childhood development.

Marion plays a vital role in the daily functioning of Delft ECD through her strong organisational skills and heart for people.

Melissa is passionate about supporting educators and community members through encouragement, compassion and meaningful relationships.
