Parent Feedback
- Dear Ikusasalethu Educare and Aftercare staff, I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care and education you provide for my child. Since enrolling Lukhanyo Ganca at your crèche, I have witnessed a remarkable growth in his development and I couldn’t be more pleased. Your dedication to creating a nurturing environment is evident in every aspect of your work. I’m consistently impressed by the engaging activities you organize which have significantly boosted Lukhanyo’s curiosity and love for learning. The progress he has made in social skills, language development and problem-solving, is truly outstanding. I particularly appreciate your attentiveness to each child’s individual needs. Knowing that Lukhanyo is in capable and caring hands, gives me great peace of mind during the workday. The regular updates and open communication you maintain with parents are invaluable. It’s clear that you view us as partners in our children’s growth and I’m grateful for that approach. I thank you for your unwavering commitment to providing a safe, stimulating and loving environment for our children. Your hard work and passion make a real difference in their lives and ours.
- My name is Kauthar Benjamin, parent of Azaharia Newman. My daughter has been attending Ikusasalethu Educare and Aftercare since she was 4 months old. Dropping her at crèche in the morning was very pleasant because the principal would be busy making a fresh pot of pap every morning while the little ones are seated round their little tables and chairs. My daughter quickly adjusted to the routine at crèche. The teachers at Ikusasalethu Educare and Aftercare are very hands on with the kids. I always knew what was going on in my daughter’s development. The principle always applauds their milestones and made it known to me as the parent. My daughter received a diploma for neatness after the first year. This made me feel joy because I could see that the teachers appreciate one’s effort. The crèche area is always neat and tidy. The teachers are always happy and kind. My daughter became very attached to the principle and to see one’s child grow so attached to someone else, makes me feel at ease. Principle Cynthia is truly a godsend. One can see the passion and warmth she has for the little ones.
- I am Nomvume Nxele, the mother of Live Nxele. I just want to say that I am happy and grateful for Ikusasalethu Educare and Aftercare. I don’t have any complaints about this crèche, because they are good at taking care of kids that attend their crèche. I just have some compliments - they are good at doing monitoring. If my child is sick, they even give him medicine. I still remember when Live was sick and I forgot to put his medicine in his bag, but they always have a backup plan. The principal and staff of Ikusasalethu Educare and Aftercare are kind and supportive to the children and the parents.
